	Mr. Andrew Wenthe, CEO, Andrew Wenthe is the Vice President for External Affairs at Upper Iowa University. The Office of External Affairs is the administrative home for Heartlanding ITSC and Andrew advises and mentors the Heartlanding staff. Andrew lives in West Union and has worked at UIU for six years. 	Ms. Theresa Kleve, COO, a gifted web designer and developer. Theresa understands technology, but in addition possesses the heart of an artist. Ms. Kleve, is knowledgeable in the Adobe web development products and has experience with the Microsoft Expression Suite, HTML, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, Java, and .NET. In addition, her practical experience includes leading and participating in teams that developed several web sites, web server farms, and studied human computer interaction. Ms. Kleve is well diversed in PC repair, and even some MAC repair. In Ms. Kleve spare time she enjoys fishing with friends and Family, spending time with friends and family and just enjoying nature. 	Mr. Mike Capps II, IT Marketing Director/ 360 Degree Tour Specialist - Mike has a diverse background being a Marine, working in all types of maintenance, and owning a couple of businesses of his own. He has expertise in web based Marketing, Facebook, and other media sources. Mike has an inquisitive mind and is an excellent problem solver. He has completed coursework in programming, computer architecture, operating systems, and networking. Mike has become knowledgeable in our recent venture of 360° Virtual Tours and Multi-point Server Systems. In addition, his practical experience includes leading and participating in teams that have developed web server farms, and continue to explore new technology integration; using robot quad rotor aircraft and designing several different flight simulators. 	Mr. Josh Bulman, Consultant / 360 Degree Tour Specialist -(Josh is currently deployed in Qatar) Josh has developed expertise in computer networks, PC repair and 360 virtual tours. He has completed courseware in Java programming, computer architecture, operating systems, computer networks, HCI, and security. Josh is active in the Army Reserves out of Rocherster MN.
