Heartlanding Information Technology Services Center (HITSC) is a Northeast Iowa based, not-for-profit Information Technology services and consulting firm, connected to the Upper Iowa University e-Center. Heartlanding is primarily student-operated, providing valuable IT services to rural Northeast Iowa while promoting experiential learning for Upper Iowa University Students.
What we do?
HITSC offers services at prices competitive with off-shoring by leveraging Northeast Iowa’s lower cost of living and a highly trained student/graduate labor force under guidance.
